Therapy intensives are extended sessions (3 hour half-days over multiple days or 3 hour half-days every 4 weeks) where we can slow down the pacing so that you have the space and uninterrupted time to get in depth about the issue in an emotionally safe way instead of a standard 50 minute weekly session where you feel rushed to address and fix the complexities of your life in less than an hour before you go back to work.
